How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. It depends on the final weight of your package and the destination country. You can see the shipping total during checkout before finalizing your order. This cost does not include any customs or duty fees your country may charge. Please keep in mind that packages are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
When will my order ship out?
Typically orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday. Some products are made to order and therefore can take up to a week to be fulfilled. Orders placed during large store updates may also take longer to be fulfilled.
How long does shipping take?
(COVID DELAY UPDATE) Once your order has been shipped, you should receive your package within these times:
Canada: up to 1 month
USA: up to 1 month
International: up to 3 months
Can I track my order?
Tracked shipping is available as an option during checkout. If you’ve selected a tracked shipping option for your order, the tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
What currency are your prices listed in?
Prices are listed in USD.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@studioofmm.com with your order number and a description and photo of the damaged item. From there we will review it and work out a solution to best fit your needs whether that’s a replacement at no additional cost, or a refund for the item.

Do you sell the original artwork?
Yes. Occasionally there will be some pieces listed in the Shop but more often sales of the original pieces are done privately via email. If you wish to inquire about an original piece you can do so trough the Contact Secition or by emailing info@studioofmm.com. Please make sure to include the tile of the artwork somewhere in your email.
Do you do commissions?
At the moment the only commissions I’ll be taking on are custom palette orders.
